Not only will we teach you how to prepare the dough from scratch, but you will also have the opportunity to create your own coca, from the dough to the filling!
What does the Traditional Cocas workshop includes?
During this workshop you will learn all the secrets to making perfect cocas, from the dough to the filling. It is an ideal experience for both beginners and cooking enthusiasts! This is what we will do:
- Making the dough: You will learn step by step the secrets to getting a perfect coca dough, with the ideal texture and flavor.
- Your own creation: Each participant will receive a portion of dough to stretch, shape and turn into their own coca.
- Fillings to your taste: We offer three filling options, both sweet and savoury, so you can personalise your coca to your preferences. From classic options to innovative combinations!
- Cooking and tasting: We will see how the dough is cooked and, most importantly, we will taste our creations!
- Drinks (1 vermuth, 1 white wine, 1 mistela, water)
Tasting at the end of the workshop
At the end, you will have the opportunity to taste your creation and share your impressions with the group. An ideal moment to celebrate your culinary skills!
