Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection’s general report has classified Iceland as the safest destination to travel to in 2025, ranking it as the most reliable country in terms of tourist safety. In addition, its capital, Reykjavik, has been highlighted as the safest city to visit this year. In the global ranking, Australia and Canada are ranked second and third, respectively. The other countries are Ireland, Switzerland, New Zealand, Germany, Norway, Japan, Denmark, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Sweden.
